V Factory’s Nathaniel Flatt will be stepping into the silver shoes of the Tinman for the new musical production, “Oz: The Musical!” Nathaniel is part of an a new, famous line-up that will be reprising the loved classic.

The production company released the following press release:

“Nathaniel will be playing Tinman in a musical production of “Oz: The Musical”. The show was written and directed by Todrick D. Hall, who performed on Broadway in the musical “A Color Purple.” The production will include six featured performers in the main roles: Aundrea Fimbres of Danity Kane as Dorothy, Nathaniel Flatt as Tinman, Orlando Brown of the Disney Channel’s “That’s So Raven” as the Lion, Ryne Sanborn of “High School Musical 1, 2 and 3″ as the Wizard, Vonzell “Baby Z” Solomon as Glinda/Aunt Em, and Thayne Jasperson of “So You think You Can Dance” and “HSM 1 and 2″ as Scarecrow.

The show will open in Dayton on December 4 and ends and takes the stage for the last time in Kalamazoo on December 13.
